Process Overview

Contact us via form or phone. Share your reasons for choosing eco-friendly materials and your product goals. Providing design data or product samples is helpful. The minimum order quantity is 1000-2000 units.
Based on the consultation, we propose materials and designs, and then provide a quote.
Upon agreement, we finalize the contract.
We create molds for production, using 3D modeling if necessary for verification.
Parallel to mold creation, we produce prototypes to finalize material, color, and packaging.
After confirming all requirements, we proceed with mass production, packaging, and delivery.
